Live Support!
No, I'm not talking about Microsoft Office Live!.
I'm talking about when you need help. I may work on a computer all day, but I most certainly do NOT like talking to them! I recently found a solution to this dilemma--a nifty little website called "Dial-A-Human".
Dial a Human maintains a list of customer service phone numbers for all sorts of companies, from AAA to XM Radio, and information on how to circumvent the computer phone system and get a live body on the phone.

Completely random comment on this one (I do agree about not wanting to talk to a computer when I call somewhere). I had to call a utility company once and nothing I was doing would get me to a person. In my frustration I finally just yelled at the phone (I was a tad mad) to my surprise the next recording was "Please hold while we connect you to a customer service representative. It was great, I got a person in a few seconds after that.
