Candy Beauchamp
Candy is the owner/operator of OffAssist and brings to it a background heavily steeped in bookkeeping for small to mid-sized businesses. She grew up near Charleston, SC and spent several years in Honolulu, HI before moving to Austin, TX in 1998. OffAssist began as a concept in 1999 and officially opened its doors in 2002. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her two children. Candy credits her success to her amazing family and friends, who have stood by her while growing OffAssist into what it is today.Candy served on the Board of Directors of the International Virtual Assistants Association from 2005 to 2008 in a variety of roles: Historian, Vice-President, and President. |

Tom Beauchamp
Tom joined the OffAssist team full-time in 2005. His background in sales and marketing has been instrumental in helping several clients make the most of their marketing budgets and time. He owned and operated a retail gaming center for three years just prior to joining OffAssist. In his spare time, Tom enjoys computer gaming and reading. |

Leslee Beldotti
The owner of VA Lab Designs, Leslee has been providing web development services to small business owners and non-profit agencies since 2003. An Army veteran with a degree in Anthropology and a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, Leslee does not shy away from the unusual or the challenging. She also ensures that the code behind the OffAssist website behaves itself.

Patty Dost
Patty, owner of Time Is Of The Es-Cents, has been providing administrative assistance for over 20 years. As a VA, Patty enjoys working virtually and offers a variety of services. Her skills include, but are not limited to, editing and proofreading, spreadsheets, word processing, website critiques, email management, Internet research, press release and article submissions, reminder services, and newsletter preparation and mailings.

Angela Hayden
Angela graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems. Angela also has PMI (Project Management Institute) certification training and has completed a Webmaster Certification training program. After a number of years in the corporate telecom industry, she opened her business, Assist-tech Virtual Services, in 2006.
Angela is professionally experienced in project management, website management, IT Support, quality assurance, technical writing, accounting and database management. Her strength lies in project management, technology, analysis, managing, multi-tasking, planning, organizing and scheduling. When not working Angela enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

Dyanna Larson
Dyanna is a freelance writer and virtual writer's assistant living and working in Austin, Texas. After years of doing sales and marketing writing for the hospitality industry, she opened her own business, Ink Think, in 2004. Dyanna specializes in copy and web content for small businesses and supporting other writers with services like fact-checking, research, and manuscript formatting. When not working Dyanna enjoys spending time with her daughter, reading, and writing fiction. |

Jean McGuire
Jean McGuire is the owner-operator of McGuire Pro. A results-oriented marketing professional, Jean's broad-based background includes marketing, process development, solution sales, event coordination, desktop publishing, graphic design and office administration. Jean started McGuire Pro in 2005 and has been successful pairing graphic design with promotional products and creating unique marketing ideas for her customers. She was born and raised in Panama Canal Zone, where her American family had lived for 4 generations. Jean enjoys fishing, camping and traveling in her spare time. Jean's positive attitude, can-do spirit and commitment to customer satisfaction has made McGuire Pro's first year successful and the future boundless. |

Lana Newlander
Lana started her business, Virtual Business Solutions, in 2004 and specializes in handling your administrative and scheduling details so that you don’t have to! Prior to opening her own business she spent several years supporting executives in the financial industry. Lana is a native Texan currently living outside Austin, Texas with her husband, two children, three dogs and a cat. When not working Lana spends time as a volunteer at her children's schools or at a local nursing home. |

Lanel Taylor
Bookkeeper and virtual assistant Lanel Taylor joined the OffAssist team in 2006, bringing with her 13+ years of experience in the bookkeeping industry. Before she opened her company, Taylored Office Solutions, Lanel had experience as a payroll department manager, a senior level accountant in the real estate investment industry, a full-charge bookkeeper for manufacturing and construction companies and a CTEC registered tax preparer for several years. She is a member in good standing of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers (AIPB) as well as a Certified Virtual Assistant (CVA) and has passed the IVAA EthicsCheck examination. She also volunteers for IVAA's treasury department on the billing committee. In her spare time Lanel enjoys camping, spending time at the lake or with her family.

Kelly Williams
Kelly is a project management professional whose skills include systems organization and standardization, project bookkeeping and cost control. She has over 20 years experience working with architect/engineers, interior designers and a national home builder. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design and is a Microsoft Certified Office User as well as a Certified QuickBooks User. She operates as Kelly Williams Virtual Assistant, based in San Diego, California.
